Empower employees to recognize warning signs early, report concerns confidently, and respond effectively to workplace violence situations.
Our Workplace Violence Training is a 14-minute interactive course that helps employees identify potential warning signs, report concerns through the appropriate channels, and respond appropriately if an incident occurs.
Through immersive, scenario-based learning, employees follow five relatable characters as they navigate realistic workplace situations involving coworkers, intimate partners, and third-party non-employees.
Create a safer, more prepared workplace with training designed for real-world impact.
Our interactive Workplace Violence Training equips employees with practical strategies to recognize risk indicators, take concerns seriously, and respond in ways that support safety, communication, and compliance. The course is built around realistic scenarios that make the content engaging, memorable, and immediately applicable on the job.
To support different workplace environments and legal requirements, we offer tailored versions, including a California version, a specialized Retail version aligned with the New York Retail Worker Safety Act, a specialized Healthcare version, and an industry-specific Manufacturing and Industrial version. Our experts can also consult with your team to help align the training to your workplace needs and applicable requirements. Additional fees may apply.
*Our California Workplace Violence Prevention Training was developed to meet training requirements under SB 553 / California Labor Code Section 6401.9. Because the law requires training to address each employer’s workplace violence prevention plan in detail, the course is designed to be easily customizable.
Its time to move beyone the traditional "check the box" mentality and embrace a new era of online compliance training that truly empowers your employees.
Employers must ensure workplace training is created and delivered by qualified legal experts, as mandated by state laws and court rulings across the country.
For example, California's mandatory sexual harassment training laws (SB 1343, SB 396, and AB 1825) require training providers to have “expertise in the prevention of harassment, discrimination and retaliation.” Training providers must also demonstrate expertise in addressing harassment related to gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation. Eligible trainers include attorneys, professors, HR professionals or harassment prevention consultants with a minimum of 2 years' experience in employment law or harassment prevention.
Kantola's in-house legal experts keep our training courses accurate and up to date with the latest developments in employment law. Leveraging their deep expertise, our compliance team collaborates to create comprehensive programs on critical topics such as sexual harassment prevention, diversity, and inclusion. These thoughtfully designed courses help ensure your organization remains compliant with evolving regulations while fostering a workplace culture rooted in respect and accountability.
